When death occurs, does the eyes "brighten" or what?

I'm asking for a reason.

I'm talking about the outside appearences of the eyes.

  1. No, eyes deaden and look unfocused when a person dies.  They also get gray within a minute or so, as the mucous membrane dries out.

    Dead eyes are phreaking scary.


  2. I never seen anyone die, most people's eyes are closed maybe there is an EMT in our group that can tell you.

    I do know I watched a baptism and the eyes brightened when the water was poured over the head of the little girl, it was amazing that.
