  1. no offense to you, but it should be quite obvious with a wilson.  I've never had that problem with my racquet (a wilson).  Make sure if you pick the racquet up off the ground, that you don't turn the racquet.

  2. Let the racket land on the ground, you can't just hold it, it will look like a different letter from different angles.

  3. Well,...if you're spinning a Wilson racquet...then you use "W"....(FOR WILSON!)

One party picks "W" (or "M").... racquet is spun on its head....then drops after spinning; then the BOTTOM OF HANDLE/GRIP will show either "W" or "M"; whomever picked that choice gets option to serve or not to serve!

THEN you might need to get on the ground to see if it is a "W" or an "M".  You SHOULD be able to tell the difference!

HINT:  DO NOT look at it UPSIDE DOWN!

    Kinda basic.

  4. No matter which direction you are standing (unless one of you is standing upside down) the W will always point up and the M will always point down. It sounds like your opponent pulled a fast one on you or she is dyslexic.

Either way if there is a dispute you can always flip a coin or rock, paper, scissors.
