When did Mexico become a real country?

I mean the USA just took over huge parts of Mexico and they couldn't really stop us.

We Independence from Spain in 1821 and we were Mexico the Mexicans United States and in 1836 the Americans who where living in Texas made it Independent , the New Spain(Mexico) let Americans to live in Texas with some conditions but they didn't respected them and wanted to make the Republic of Fredonia and then USA...that's how USA stole us Texas.
