When did Naruto Shippuden Fillers Begin and End? Are They Worth Watching?

i havent watched episodes of shippuden since i realized it didnt match the manga. but i dont know which episode that when the fillers began since its been a while since i watched...also id like to know which episode it will end at?? BTW are the fillers any good or worth watching???

So far there's only been one filler starting on episode 56 and ended on 72 with the a kid named sora is like a cross between sasuke (the whole revenge/avenge persona) and a monk (in clothing) at best with an almost DMC 4 Nero arm to boot . Its only good aspect is that it explains a bit of the Fire Country and expands a bit on what Asuma was up too when He left Konoha after having a falling out with his father (the 3rd hokage) when he was younger. The fillers good point is looking into Asuma a bit more, and the fighting is slightly quicker than the more manga oriented Sasuke reunion arc (the one where Sasuke 1st appears after the timeskip) which consisted with alot of DBZ like chatter (had to use this because its the only anime that comes to mind).
