  1. I wouldn't trust anything from Nigeria.


  2. I guess they did when they didn't have more room to store the money received from scams through Western Union...

    But it seems it was sometime in 1961. Check http://web.worldbank.org. I'm sure there's more information in there.

    The membership is actually to the institutions of the World Bank, not the World Bank itself.
