When did collegeboard start the 2400 scale for the SAT? what year?

when did they include the writing, basically, when did this change occur.

    They removed the Analogies section and added the Writing section that was once in SAT2.

    The perfect score changed from 1800 to 2400.

    Out of the first students taking the new test, only 107 received a 2400.
