Question:

When did/do your feel comfortable leaving you baby?

For 5-8 hours, when would you or did you feel comfortable doing so?

This is more directed towards breastfeeding mothers, but all answers appreciates.

I wouldn't feel comfortable until AT LEAST a year and a half.

  1. Don't worry about it, my son is 4 months old and I have yet to leave him with ANYONE not even for 5 minutes. And I have no intentions of doing so anytime in the near future. And I definanately wont leave him for that long until he is AT LEAST a year old.


  2. Mine are 6,8,9,10 and I still do not feel comfortable.  Welcome to Motherhood, you will always be worried and concerned no matter who they are with.  xox

Since I was (still am) breastfeeding I could not go anywhere without her even if I wanted to until she was six weeks when we introduced a bottle.  When she finally could take my milk from a bottle I was more than ready to go have some "me" time and felt perfectly comfortable leaving her with my husband while I went and spent a day at the spa :o)  So, six weeks would be my answer
