Question:

When did fast food restaurants stop giving napkins in drive thru orders?

Seriously, I eat out at fast food a lot because I love the taste, but this always pisses me off. I swear, the last 20 out of 20 times I have gone to ANY fast food restaurant (McDs, Taco Bell, Chick-Fil-A, KFC, Baskin Robbins) they have never once in those twenty times given me a single solitary napkin. Never. I just don't know whats going on with these places these days. You just can't get good services anymore.

Or has it become company policy to save money on napkins?

I just can't stand driving off and finding out that I have nothing to wipe my hands or mouth with. I wanna complain, but I know these people don't give a d**n about the job.

  1. Stop whining.

Fast food places ALWAYS give me napkins.

  2. Food companies are cutting back on a lot of things to save money, it's a hard time for everybody.

  3. they still do but sometimes i think when there in a rush they forget. everytime u go ask for extra napkins so that way they wont forget. they wont mind. plus napkins are cheap still. hope the prices on napkins dont go up. that would suck.

  4. i used to work for McDonalds. You're supposed to get one napkin per drink sandwich and fry......Sometimes people just get lazy about it because there's so much pressure to get the food out the window.  Also I was told to never give ketchup unless asked. If asked I was only to give out two packets unless told a specific number of packets......i don't work there anymore though

  5. they still do. i get them every time. and just ask when the don't.

  6. Isn't that the dzam truth...I got some dzamed chicken the other day...and wedges without a napkin.....I guess i need to stock up on baby wipes for the car....ridiculous the way customer service is nowadays. It' sad.

  7. Okay so, at restaurants, they probably used to give out napkins, but then ,you know, people probably started saying no thank you. Now, you have to ask for one. I mostly dependds on the person who is serving u in the drive thru window or on the counter. If they think you should have one, they will give it to you, if not ask for one.
