When did lighter choices from mcdonalds come out?

Its been out for quite a while now. I'd say about 4 or 5 years ago.

I think its really good as I think that the caesar salads are great as well as the Mini snack wrap and the various rolls. Mcdonalds used to also have apples and the Berry-Nice smoothie, but I guess they weren't very popular and were taken off the menu
