  1. Shortly after they initiated free trade.  We lost Champion Spark Plugs, Kodak and so many other companies in Canada.  They all went to Mexico where there is a cheaper minimum wage.  Free Trade for Canada and the USA just cost us jobs and the corporations still get rich.  It hasn't lowered prices for us.


  2. According to their website they are still based in Kenosha, WI.
