When did the Titleist ProV1 get developed?

Was it just recentlly (2 years or so)?

What was their premier ball before the ProV1?

The Titleist Pro V1 debuted on the PGA Tour in Las Vegas in October of 2000. Billy Andrade won that tournament using that ball for the first time. It became available to the public in December of 2000.

Their premiere ball before the Pro V1 was the Titleist Professional 90.

The ProV1 I believe debuted  in 2004.  The guy above me is quite correct. The balta ball was used for many years.

As far as I know the ballata was the last popular ball from titleist. The Pro v's were released in 01 to touring pro's and 02 to the public. The price has doubled though.
