In some states: Churches, Charities, Other Non profit groups and Many "mom and pops" and even condo associations are all in some ways considered a "corporation" in some form or another.

The word "corporation" that many on the left construe as evil is something that is generally

1:Large.

2:Publicly traded.

3:That has a profit motive and makes a growing profit because more people are using its goods and services

4:Uses aned economy of scale most mom and pop competitors cannot.

It means the governance is by Corporation law---seems that 1871 was the year that the corporate body of the United States of America was formed.----(Municipal Law) --
