Do you mean the true Egyptian Pharaohs? Or the Greek Pharaohs who came and conquered later?

The last true Egyptian dynasty before Islam ended in 525 BC when it was conquered by the Achaemenid Persian empire (the same  Empire that tried to conquer Greece through Marathon etc.).

The Ptolemaic dynasty ended in 30 BC when Cleopatra VII died. Egypt was then added to the soon-to-be Roman Empire under Octavian (Augustus).
