When did you first feel your baby move?

I felt my first baby move at 18 weeks, my second at 14, and my third at 12. It is very easy to dismiss those first flutters as gas or bowel rumblings. Usually with a first pregnancy movements are not recognized as babies until they are giving a bit stronger jabs and nudges. You may have felt your child but it will be easier to distinguish his or her movements in the next 4-6 weeks. Congratulations!

The baby doesn't begin to move till around the 20-22 week period. This was told to me by my doctor.

19 weeks, but didn't realize it for sure till 21 weeks.

I felt my second one kicking at 11 weeks...my first child at 13 weeks. (I am very thin, so I have a feeling that's part of it).

I felt him move a little around 16 weeks, but by 20 weeks I really felt him move and kick.
