When did you get your scholarship at CSU schools?

Question

I plan on going to CSH Dominguez Hills but it all depends on if I get a good scholarship. It is taking them forever to mail me the information! The lady in the financial aid office said that the commitee is still deciding and NOTHING has been mailed out. I really want to go there and have my expenses paid for. I have another local scholarship but it doesn't cover much. When did you get your scholarship info?
