5 days ago.  The Old Hall Inn and Cottages at Threshfields on the outskirts of Skipton, Yorkshire.

The best Sunday lunch ever!  2 people, 3 courses + 1cheese board, 1 btl Wine and pre dinner drinks £50!

Loads of thickly sliced roast beef  and lamb.  THE most delicious gravy ever!

HOMEMADE puddings; Creme Brulee & Sticky Toffee Pudding.  The BEST we've ever had!  Good portions too.

Excellent service and real friendly locals too.

We dine out rather than have take away.

At Jimmy Johns for a sub, then next door to Dunkin Donuts for a Blueberry donut. I usually eat at the establishment, just so the food isn't cold. Eat out often due to being a college student.

Had taco bell for a quick lunch today. I eat out for lunch fast food (usually sub or pizza) maybe once M-F and eat out with boyfriend either Friday or Saturday. Never take away--no restaurants that we like that close. Pizza delivered maybe twice a month.

My daughter's and my soon to be son in law and I went to Pizza Hut last weekend. The service was awful. A young man  took our drink order but never turned it in. Then a young woman retook our drink order. We got our drinks 30 minute after arriving and our pizza and breadstick 15 minutes after that. My soon to be son in law was pissed about it. So we got our meal for free. Never again are we going to that particular Pizza Hut again.

Last week! We ate at The Olympus in Protaras, Cyprus, shortly before they closed up for the winter!! Regularly eat out at The Chill Bar, in the centre of Xlylofagou, where we live, and often eat at Tony's Taverna in Agia Napa....all great places with great food. Only have take aways occasionally as there is not much choice in the village, and its a bit too far to  drive to Agia Napa or Larnaca for a take away!

I last dined out yesterday at a Chinese buffet restaurant.  I'm a widow and dine out often because I don't like to cook for just myself.  I like different types of cuisine.  On rare occasion, I have a pizza delivered, and that's usually when I have someone at my house to help me eat it.

Last time my boyfriend was drying out in the local institute (bin sorry).   So it looks as if I may be going out again as he is on the booze again.!!!

Sushi last night.  Steak tonight.  It's been a good couple of days in the Big Red Ten household.  

We hardly ever do take out...I can't even remember the last time.  We cook at home a lot, but it's nice to go out every once in awhile for special occasions.
