When did you last eat sago or tapioca pudding? I have not seen sago or tapioca in the shops for a while.?

I last had sago in a tomato soup my stepma made, yonks ago. But i did see some bags of it & tapioca at a Spar not so long ago.

I've seen tapioca at Shoprite, Pick n Pay & Spar. Try there.

Edit: My mom saw it today. She always made me pudding with milk & id eat it with canned fruit.

No, I have never eaten it, and have no inclination to try it. The stuff is tasteless.  If I wanted to buy it here in Germany, I could get it cheapest at the asian or indian shops.  But, it should be no problem in South Africa to find it, because many people cook it in their soup.

I saw sago and tapioca (the big white balls) at our Super Spar just a few days ago. I do not eat sago pudding since a child. I used to love it, but then my brother told me it is "paddavis" eyes, so I have never eaten it again. You can use rice instead of sago.
