3 days ago to get a renewal rate and then I called 3 more to shop around;-)

Last year i had to have my car towed in to get fixed. I had to call and report it so i could get the money i paid for the towing back!

Last night to find out where my money is. Only been with out a kitchen floor for two months, but they think that's acceptable. I feel sorry for the people who have got flood damage in the UK as my damage is due to a bust pipe. I bet they are still waiting in the next millennium.

The insurance company want to know why we have not renewed with them.
