When did you want to have your next child?

I'm just wondering, I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old and I'm already thinking about having my 3rd! :)

I don't plan on having the next for at least 4 years... after I graduate college, but I'm just interested when you wanted your next child! Were you ready? Did you talk about it?!

By the time I'm 45. lol  I had wanted 3, but am happy with two.  I had my first at 32, and my second at 36.  I was the third child, and my mother was old. lol  Sometimes I think about that personality that would be created.  Good luck to you and yours.

im pregnant right now and after this one i want an 18 to 24 month gap but i guess it all depends on how the baby is and hopefully he or she is healthy because that would definitly be a set back but hopefully if all is well i want at least 3 with no more then a 6 year gap between the first and third

My first child was 2 years 2 months when our 1st daughter was born. I always wanted 3, but said I would wait for 3 years. When 3 years came, my husband and I felt that the 2 we had was perfect. WELL, we just had #3 and are so thankful for her! Our son is now 7 and 1st daughter 5, and new baby is already 8 weeks old. I will say that after #3 was born I have been wanting ANOTHER ONE!!! I think the 4 year age difference is PERFECT. 2 years between the first two was hard, and the 5 years I have now is hard as well, mostly because the 5 year old understands ALOT MORE THEN I EVER THOUGHT SHE WOULD. She is very jealous and I feel bad that I have turned her little life upside down....BUT I know when the "Oh look at the new baby" wears off, it will be fine. GOOD LUCK and enjoy!

after 1 year i wanted another with both of mine.  I wanted 6 kids.  but not happening.  good luck
