When did your baby start crawling?

Question

I know all babies are different,but I was just curious when your baby started crawling?Mine will be 6 months on the 22 and he doesn't try to crawl and he can roll over but he doesn't and he HATES laying on his stomach,he'd much rather lay on his back on his floor gym.I'm thinking he might just be one of those babies that just skip crawling.Anywho,just curious :)

my first son was kinda backwards....he was able to stand up on his own while holding on to something at 6 months...then at about 8 months or so he was crawling and then he was walking by 10 months.  my second son is 10 months now....he started crawling when he was 8 almost 9 months.... i think he will be walking fairly soon.

My baby is 7 1/2 months and isn't crawling. I think she'll be a late crawler, or, skip it.  6 months would be early for crawling though. From what I heard, most babies do it from 7-9 months.

6 months would be a early crawler. You have nothing to worry about yet!!

Mine little guy started crawling around 10 months, a little late but he never creeped or dragged (pulling himself) he went to a full crawl then.

My son crawled at 6 months and my daughter kind of skipped crawling.  She just started walking at 13 months.

make him crawl even if he doesnt wants to i have teeth problems just bc i didnt crawl.

its the best for him .

when did you start crawling walking etc? i have heard those milestones are genetic, our son was right on target with our milestones... i started walking at 9 months and so did he. i started talking at 10 months and so did he.

All 4 of my babies crawled at 6 months. My friend's baby is almost 9 months and she doesn't crawl. She walks holding her mom's hands, though. Good luck.

Mine sort of "wiggled" along like a commando at about 6 months...then at 7 months she crawled a bit....she never did the proper crawl though and stood up at 9 months...using the furniture...then walked at 10 months.

my 8 month old daughter just started crawling this week.  she loves her back as well and i thought she would never want to do anything else, but she started rocking back and forth at 7 months and just now starting crawling like crazy!
