Depends on the McDonalds, some start serving at 12 am but most of them start at 4, after the late night menu is over.

breakfast at my 24 hour store is from 4am to 1030 on weekdays, 4am to 11 on weekends.

depends on the area. Where i live thay have a late night menu from 12 - 4am. So when they come off of the latenight they go straight into breakfast. Others it is at 5:00am in my area
