When do I legally turn 18?

It really depends on who is interpreting it...sometimes your birthdate denotes you as 18, but if laws require you to be "Over 18" then sometimes it's considered the next day, and then you're over age 18. I know you can't buy cigarettes/alcohol (in my state) until the day after you turn 19 or 21.

think about it this way, if it was the other way, your drivers license would need to give your time of birth so you can legally buy cigarettes

or alcohol once you turn 21

Its the exact time! Because you cant be legally 18 a couple hours before you were born. Just doesnt work that way.

the time you were born, not so much at 12, if you went back 18 years and were not born on 12am then you actually were not in this world, so to speak

Kilts, by law there is no specific time you turn eighteen, as long as the date is right, time is not a matter.
