roman will inrtoduce brucie to you and you have to do missions for brucie brucie will email you as well so check ur emails and give him a good reply and you will now have to steal it for him

About 2/3 of the way through the main story missions, you'll be working in Alderney, Brucie will call you up and introduce you to his friend Stevie.  After that call, Stevie will send the first text message requesting a particular car.  Also, Stevie's garage will show up on your map just a couple blocks east of your Bohan safehouse, but the garage door only opens if you are driving the car Stevie asked for.

Another tip, if you got the car he wants but damaged it, bring it to a Pay N Spray to get it fixed up and Stevie will pay you more for it.  Kind of gives you incentive to drive his car very carefully!  If it's in perfect condition he will pay you 1/3 of the retail value of the car.
