When do Whitetail drop their antlers? I live in Maryland, if that makes a difference.

Buck white-tailed deer usually drop their antlers at the end of winter.  The breeding season typically ends about the end of January.  So any drop occurs from end of January till beginning of March.  Then when fawning season comes in, the antlers with start to regrow.  Between those times it is almost impossible to tell a buck from a doe.
