When do back to school sales start? like for target, walmart, etc?

Late July, Early August. Usually.

I think thaey already started the school supply sales because i got all of my supplies last week, for a good price at walmart and target.

Approximately the end of June, middle of July.  Our shopping seasons are getting longer and longer to encourage consumers  to spend more money.  Also, there is a weekend right before school (in MO it's Aug 1,2, and 3) when you pay no sales tax on school supplies, clothes, and many electronics.
