When do coupons expire in Germany?

I heard a rumer that Military and Manufacter coupons are good for a year after they expire on Military posts overseas...is this true?

Nope. Commissary usually has their date of coupon acceptance somewhere by the Entry. It is 6 months past the expiration date.
