When do dandelions bloom (get white & puffy with seeds) in Southern California?

I want to take a picture of a dandelion all puffy with seeds but I'm worried that we're too far into summer and I won't be able to find any. Does anyone know? Thanks!

Dandelions bloom nearly year around in south Texas although the most abundant blooming occurs in late winter, February and March (at least in my yard!)
