Not sure what you are asking.  If it is when for the 1st time it can be anywere from 4 months old up to 2 years old.  If you are asking how often, it is usually twice a year, some only once a year and some dogs 3 times a year - but that is rare.

Mostly 5 to 6 months old, although I have known dogs to come intro heat at 3 or 4 months too. Please get your Dog fixed.
