  1. Girls usually stop growing at age 18 and boys around age 21.

  2. the human skeleton reaches full ossification at age 25...which means it won't grow any more at age 25

  3. According to our family Doctor, most girls don't grow more than 1 1/2 inches taller after they start having periods.    So it's dependent upon menstruating, not age, according to her.

  4. Usually it depends on when you started your period. Most girls stop producing the growth hormone around that time, so they have only about one year left to grow from the start of menses. I would love to be 5"3, at 28 I am 4"10 and have been since I was 12. So is my Mom and my Grandma. Good Luck.

  5. Yeah, I stopped growing in 7th grade, and I started my period in 6th. So, I do think it has something to do with your period.
