When do i follow up after a job interview?

I had a job interview 6 days ago. It went well, but they have not called me .

Phone the HR department and ask when a decision will be made, or more interviews scheduled. Today would be good.

You've waited a week and it's now appropriate to call...Do NOT ask them if they're hiring you, instead ask how far along in the process they are and if you're still under consideration.  In the process remind them that you're interested in the company and reiterate what you have to offer.  If they're still looking ask when they may/might be making a decision...GOOD LUCK!
