When do i pick grapes from GRAPE VINES?

i live in northern va and we got the plant when it was already grown and after 2 years it had grapes but they were hard and never ripened and the 3rd year this year they are the same and sour they are the green grapes you buy from the grocery store some of the grapes are soft but still sour, we water them daily so when do we pick them? are we watering them too much or too little? how can we get grapes to be harvest able?

  1. here in eastern canada i pick grapes  about the end of sept or first week in oct i grow the valiant andbetta and minnesota grapes they should  be easy to grow where you live you may be picking to early.


  2. It would take time Until the hardened grape becomes soft..

    just keep watering it, when you water it, make sure you do it in a shade area, it would be better that way..

    if the leaves grow, then the grape should grow and be ripened pretty soon....
