When do i start BBT charting?

Question

Can i start tomorrow or do i need to wait until the first day of my menstrual cycle?

I have no idea????

depending on what day your starting on it might be hard to see your fertile time until after your thermal shift.  Pay close attention to cervical mucus if you're starting in the middle.

You can start whenever you want.  However, you will not have a clear picture of your cycle unless you start in the first three days of your menstural cycle.
