When do i test to see if i am ovulating?

my periods are not regular, they come every month but not at the same time. i have just bought a pack of 10 ovulation test strips so when do you think i should be checking? and how often?

Okay for an irregular period you need to test more than 10 days. I had irregular periods I ovulated on cycle day 19 when I got preg. with my son. If you have irregular periods that means you also have irregular ovulation no one who ovulates regularly has irregular periods or vise versa. Test every day from cycle day 10 until cycle day 23. Also be careful not to mistake the test when it is not positive. Some test look positive because the hormone LH is always in a woman's body so some test may look positive but only one will be that will be the one that is as dark or dark than the controll line. You have to be very careful reading them. Also don't use your 1st moning urine the 1st urine is more concentrated and will always show 2 fairly dark lines. Use the 2nd am pee for better results.
