When do male bristlenose catfish get there bristles?

I have 3 bristlenose catfish in a 55 gal with my breeding cory cats the bristlesnose cats are about 1 1/2 long when will i be able to s*x them and will they inter fear with my Cory's breeding.

No clue about the first question, I was actually wondering the same thing, cuz I have a bristle nose plec myself. But they will most likely eat the cory eggs.They are scavengers and eat mostly whatever they find, including fish eggs.
