When do male hormones regulate?

I am a 19 year old male going on 20 in a few months. I was curious as to when male hormones, specifically sexual hormones, begin to regulate.

That varies for every individual.You cannot say:at age 22 it's regulated.

It depends on your hormone levels for in stance,your genetic make-up.And more factors play a part in this.
