  1. you should get a paper saying how much I think its given to your school and not you

  2. Since most colleges start within 2 weeks you should have heard already.  Your financial aid is usually on your bill and subtracted from its total.  My college posts all financial aid for non-freshman june 15th, and around April-May for freshman.

  3. did you go to check on my fafsa, it should tell you what your percentage is, and did you choose a school, your school financial adviser should be able to tell you exactly how much money you are getting, and whether they are loans or grants, and you have to approve these amounts, but you usually get any money owed to you about 2 weeks into the quarter.

    hope this helps

  4. If you are going to succeed in college, your going to have to take a little bit of a more proactive approach here.  What are you waiting for, an invitation?  Call your schools financial aid office and find out why you don't have an "Award Letter" yet.  School starts in like 5 minutes and you don't want to have to wait a semester because they emailed you a request for something (like copies of your parents tax forms) four months ago and it went into your spam folder and never got the request.  Do it!!

    Good luck.
