For every woman, it is different.  Mine calmed down going into my fourth month, but until then, I was in and out of the hospital due to dehydration.  The doctors explained to me that morning sickness, although uncomfortable, is a good sign of a healthy baby.  AND mine was, at 9.3 pounds at birth.  Just eat saltines a lot.  Try to stick to bland and dry foods because the easier food goes down, the easier it is to come up.
