I tried looking here but I found nothing. Does anyone know or have any ideas when we will get them.

  1. I agree, sister! Why can't the California Dept. of Education at least post a frickin' date of release for the little people? It would be simple. On the Home page post this message: "2008 CST scores to be released on August 8, 2008" would do it. Oh, and why, since the tests are given on Scantron sheets, does it take months and months to process the scores? As a public school teacher, I for one would like to know my students' scores in various areas to determine their academic needs and the effectiveness of my teaching. (e.g., Do I need to make changes during summer planning to address a weakness in my teaching?) (Granted, the state has improved the timeliness of reporting, but my point remains--you don't need from April to August (4+ months) to process the data, if you're gettin' after it. Peace.

  2. Any time now - they usually come out in August, not long before school starts up again.
