When do the 2009-2010 fall semester applications for the UC colleges come out?

I've been trying to get an application for the UC system of schools for about 2 weeks now, but all they have are applications for the winter/spring semster. Just wondering if anyone knows when next years applications are released online.

First of all, only a few of the UC schools are in the semester system the rest are in quarter. Just keep looking on the site everyday, cause sometimes they put up a date, but are late or early posting it.
