How long until the CFL teams can bolster their teams with NFL late cuts?

Each NFL roster must be down to 75 players by August 26 and 53 players by August 30.

Usually you'll see former NFL players start signing with CFL clubs around Labour Day. I remember Arland Bruce played his first game as an Argo on Labour Day. Also Casey Printers was on the sidelines for the Labour Day game last year, he didn't play though because he hadn't had time to learn the playbook.
