    They just adjust their own schedules to get up at sunrise, and go to bed 8 hours earlier.

  18. This question is only relevant with a geographical reference.  In which country are you based?  If you are in the US - clocks changed two weeks ago.

    If you are in Europe, DST begins the last Sunday in March.  I believe the rest of the world, that follow DST, follows Europe.

    In case you didn't notice, the US is goofy.
