When do the hollister. american eagle. abercrombie. a&f bags come on sale?

like i got an american eagle one for 15$$ last year!

and ik abercrombie/hollister are gonna have 20$$ soon!

but WHEN??

they usually have their totes on sale in the spring-ish season. but i don't think it was ever $20 per tote. I've seen $30 though.

I'm pretty sure hollister totes are already around $30. but i've honestly never seen their totes any less than maybe $25.
