When do the summer sales in London end?

I'm going to be in London from the 29th of July to the 5th of August, and I'm wondering if the sales will still be on then...

There's always a sale on somewhere.  Given that we're apparently sliding into a recession we'll have more and more sales as shops frantically try to get any revenue at all.

The sales in London never end!! you can find a sale anywhere, just walk down Oxford Street, Regent Street, wherever and you will find good bargains, Camden Town high street is also very good and the market!!

They usually finish at the end of July though the word on the street is they may extend due to low consumer purchases.
