When do the visa interview dates bcome open online for the us embassy in ghana?

I have been checking for about a month now and everytime i do its either fully booked or the dates are not available.

According to the Visa Wait Times section at travel.state.gov, it currently takes about 10 days to get an appointment.  Maybe you should try a date a little further out than you have. Today's the 14th. try the 25th or later.
