When do they film the interviews for reality shows?

Do they film it at the end of the day? After the entire show is over? After a certain incident? When do they film them commenting on a certain incident, or about another, or just their personal thoughts?

It depends, some film throughout the day as events happen, others film at the end of the entire season. Real world for example films during th day. Flavor/Rock or Love, film at the end of the season

The RealWorld has this thing called the confessional booth or whatever.  and they just go in there whenever they feel, and they say something.  That's why some people have more air time than others.
