When do they get to call you while in AIT??

Question

boyfriend is in basic and gets to call 1nce a week. does that change in AIT? does he get to use his cell all the time?? how does this work???

Yeah, in AIT he'll have some more time to make calls, but I don't he'll be able to use his cell phone or not

no it does not change in ait.he should be able once a week,just k**e in basic.just write him a lot,helps you and him.

It depends on his MOSes AIT.

OSUT BCT/AIT, no.

Different/longer AITs, yet.

I am a 35F and we have a longer AIT, thus we have 'phases' we were allowed electronics from the get go as hold unders. That includes cell phones.  Not supposed to use them during the duty day, since the school house for intel is classified. As soon as you are released or on lunch you can run back and make a call.

cell phones wow, im a combat engineer 21bravo and i never had a cell phone i went to basic back in 2006 and in basic and ait i never got a cell phone but the only time i got to call was a passes and those were rare plus sometimes they would be nice on the weekends when we didn't ahve pass they would allow us a call but cell phones wow i'm amazed but during ait idk if he has a cell phone alreay then he might be able to call u more but i wouldn't count on it he's training
