  1. After for me. Since in the beginning it feels weird. Then I rinse again. Sometimes if I'm bored I would lightly brush again. I only floss the back of my teeth cause I have braces. In the front I have wires covering. But in the back, theirs some kinda of braces thingy that doesn't have the wire blockage, in between each teeth.

  2. The mechanical act of removing the plaque bacteria and food debris is what is important. I have heard it said that you want to do it after, I have heard it said before - both with arguments in their favor. As long as you are actually doing the flossing, I don't think it makes that much difference the order in which you do it. I would recommend that if you are a person who likes the slippery feeling of your teeth after you have brushed them, rather than the furry feeling of your teeth wearing "sweaters", then floss first! By flossing first your teeth will still feel dirty to your tongue and you will obviously brush. If you brush first and your teeth feel clean enough to your tongue, you may decide not to floss. That would be my only recommendation. Good for you for reaching in between your teeth to keep your jaw and gums healthy!

  3. It doesn't really matter as long as it is done properly and daily. Flossing doesn't just involve putting it between your teeth but actually wrapping it around each tooth and scraping the sides of the teeth below the gum line.

  4. You floss after you brush your teeth, because you are supposed to get the stuff that you couldnt reach with your tooth brush.
