Don't wear your contacts for more than what your optometrist tells you.

Don't wear your contacts to bed, unless they're night contacts, swimming, pools, or showering.

before i shower or go swimming.... and before i go to sleep. absolutely no liquids should touch it besides solution

Take tham out befor u go to bed or swmming,taking a shower or bath.
