  1. when they get a street team going there and enough fans.

    there are pretty much a europe based band and i guess the USA a little to now.

    a couple years ago someone found out about Tokio hotel in Isreal and they built a street team and slowly started to get the name out there and people there started liking tokio hotel. slowly tokio hotel got a whole fan group there.

    they isreal is on there list for tours!!! they actually have tons of fans!!! they play in stadium when they go there!!!
