  1. well it's just your genes.. oh and don't you have to be 13 or older to answer and ask questions on this site??

  2. Your feet stop when you stop. If your whole body is still growing, your feet are too. When you've finished growing, your feet should also remain the same size.

  3. This message is from one BIG FOOT to another:

The growth plate in your foot usually stops growing at about age 14.  So I'm sorry to say,  you have probably got a little growth to go.  The foot does grow comparitively slow when compared to the growth spurt of the rest of the body so I would be surprised if your feet are larger than 10 in the end.  I totally understand the problem with wide feet.  It's a total pain to find shoes.  I can occassionally find shoes at Walmart that are wide but usually have to go to a regular shoe store to get a decent selection of wide shoes.  It is very important that you have appropriately sized shoes.  Wearing shoes too short in length or too narrow can lead to numerous foot problems which can be painful, may need medical care or sometimes surgery, and make it even harder to find a comfortable shoe.  Trust me, I tried that and my feet have bunions, hammertoes, neuromas, and plantar fasciitus.  Bunions make it hard to find sandals that don't make your foot look horrible.     No fun.  Feet do tend to get wider as we age and I'm sure you don't like to hear that.  I am 56 and went from a regular width foot to a wide but only the first increase in width, not any higher.  Hopefully I'll be dead before I need wider shoes lol.. (:  Look at your mom and dad's shoe size to get some idea where your feet are going.  If you are female you will be similar in size to your mother (my mom and I were exactly the same size).  If you are male look more to your dad's foot size.  Love your feet,  what else can we do?
